My services as a doula can be divided into three categories:

Antenatal - Before the birth of your baby, for information about the transition to motherhood, birth preparation and local maternity services.

Birth - This includes both antenatal and postnatal services as described. Additionally I will accompany you during your labour and birth. I like to work within an hours travel of my home in Weymouth (to ensure that I arrive before baby!) but will consider travelling further.
Postnatal - Following the birth of your baby, for information and practical help in the early weeks.
