If you feel you have all the support you need for your birth, but would like to have more information I can help you.
I can provide a series of birth preparation sessions tailored to your needs. These can include; the stages of labour and birth, rhythm and ritual in labour, the birth environment, encouraging your baby into a good position, relaxation and coping techniques, interventions and their impact on a normal labour and birth. Or, you may just want to have an informal chat about your concerns and hopes for your birth.
The price for this service is £15/hour.
