Post Natal

 

As a Trainee Post-Natal Doula, I can work for you on an hourly basis (2hrs min.) with hours negotiated to suit us both. My aim is to make the post-natal period easier by helping with mother and baby related activities. The following list is an example of the services I can offer:

• Free Initial Consultation to discuss your needs
• Antenatal consultations to discuss birth-plan etc. £30 for 2 Hrs
• Talk through your pregnancy and birth experiences
• Breastfeeding support
• Listen to you questions and concerns and help you to resolve them
• Look after the baby to allow you some time to nap, bathe, etc.
• Baby Walking
• Dog walking
• Helping with older children
• Laundry
• General Tidying
• Cooking
• Washing up/Sterilising

 

The above list is not exhaustive. The fee for this service is currently £8/hr unless specified.
